As a founder member of the postal association we guarantee complete satisfaction.  Please let us know if you have any problems with your order or are not completely happy with the goods received.  We will replace free of charge any box of flowers that arrive in poor condition or get damaged in transit.

Tax Charges
Where applicable all charges are inclusive and paid for by ourselves.

Ordering Conditions
Whilst we try to guarantee delivery on the day you nominate this is sometimes impossible due to matters beyond our control. Generally the flowers will arrive the day after posting at their destination in the U.K.

For same day posting orders must be received by 10:00am local time.

There is no Sunday deliveries.Flowers requested for Monday delivery will be posted on the previous Friday.

Bank holiday weekend's last posting Thursday previous 10:00am local time. Any orders received after this time will be posted on the Tuesday after the bank holiday Monday.

Orders for Christmas and Mothers day will be dispatched from Guernsey so they arrive during the week leading up to the special day. 

We reserve the right at certain times of the year due to availability of flowers to substitute your order with different flowers of the same or greater value.
